Welcome to Lake Mary High School Athletics!

Lake Mary High School participates in the Seminole Athletic Conference where it has won the prestigious SAC All-Sports Trophy the past five straight seasons. Lake Mary High School has also won the FHSAA All-Sports Trophy in 1998, and again in 2005, recognizing the Lake Mary High School Athletic Program as the best in the state!

Here at Lake Mary High School we are excited to watch our Rams sports teams compete in an extremely challenging Conference. Lake Mary High School is governed by the Florida High School Athletic Association where sportsmanship is an important part of our tradition.

Finally, we encourage, and need the enthusiastic support of our RAMNATION fans, Lake Mary Athletic Booster Club members, and corporate sponsors to provide the very best athletic facilities our community has come to expect for our dedicated student-athletes and their coaches.
